News Flash: Newman Landscapes are awarded BALI accreditation
BALI stands for the ‘British Association of Landscape Industry; an Association for all landscape professionals that supports, promotes and inspires its members to be leaders of an environmentally, ethically, and commercially sustainable landscape industry.’
Newman Landscapes are incredibly proud of their successful business year in 2019 which has resulted in achieving BALI accreditation, an accreditation which is not particularly easy to achieve due to the stringent criteria which is required. The Team of Newman Landscapes has worked exceptionally hard in putting the effort in to ensure great relationships and new contracts are won and maintained.
Ten consistent and high quality references are required from various Customers which are checked by a BALI manager; once checked there is then a random site visit to one of these sites to review the standard of work and the performance of the team on site to ensure that they are working to an outstanding horticultural standard.
Once all of these checks are completed and assessed, a BALI manager will then review all of the company’s documentation such as Health and Safety, Environmental, Insurance, and Processes, in order to ensure all information is up to date and that all work is being carried out to both a legally appropriate and high standard level.
In addition to the above checks, there is also a physical inspection on the whole business unit to ensure that the operation of all machinery listed is met in accordance with the correct level of health and safety legislation and that each aspect of the unit is covered to protect everyone from fuel storage and chemical storage.
As Newman Landscapes have effectively met all the above standards, this will be a prime opportunity to enter into the BALI awards 2019; to not only illustrate the company’s outstanding transformation but also to demonstrate such an achievement to one of the newest ground maintenance contracts within the business.
BALI stipulates that ‘A feature of the landscape industry’s calendar, no other Awards scheme for designers and contractors demands the level of professional excellence expected by the BALI Awards judging panel of acclaimed industry experts.
Every construction and design project is visited personally by a judge, and scrutinized individually. If that’s not enough, the judges jointly deliberate each decision to ensure consensus that the winners really do represent the very best in landscape construction and design’
Newman landscapes will be entering 3 sites into the BALI awards for 2019 which will not only be great for the business but also for those clients who will have the potential opportunity of receiving an award for the best services site.
Acknowledging and rewarding professional excellence are the key objectives of the BALI National Landscape Awards and for any company that has this accreditation will know the wonderful accomplishment this is and how fortunate a company is to receive it.
Newman Landscapes feel that this would show current clients and future clients that we meet all standards in this sector of our industry, so that we can assure our Customers that when you have Newman Landscapes to maintain your grounds or to keep your site running though winter with gritting or snow clearance you will get gold service by a professional company.
